Villa Keramzec is a fully renovated Breton granite longère (a traditional long stone farmhouse), available as a holiday rental in Larmor-Plage, in southern Brittany, north-west France, 10 minutes from Lorient. It sleeps 12 guests across 183 m², with 4 double bedrooms, 2 children's mezzanines, 4 private bathrooms and an enclosed garden. Toulhars and Nourriguel beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Chapter I

Granite.

Stone walls and a slate roof speak of Brittany; the fully renovated interior reinvents it. Exposed stone, pale floors, oak and rattan: a house of character with high-end finishes.

Chapter II

Thelight.

Under the large glass roof, the living area opens through wide glass doors onto the terrace and garden. In the morning, the conservatory is the place for sunny breakfasts around a large table for eight to ten.

Toulhars and Nourriguel beaches, the town centre: everything is within walking distance. The GR34, the old customs officers' path, can be reached directly from the house.

How many people does Villa Keramzec sleep?

12 guests in the beds: 4 double bedrooms with Queen 160 cm beds (8 people) and 2 mezzanines, each with 2 single beds of 90 cm (4 people), across 183 m² in Larmor-Plage. The 160 cm sofa bed sleeps 2 more adults, so up to 14 adults. Babies are not counted: 2 travel cots are available.

Can I walk to the beach?

Yes. Toulhars and Nourriguel beaches, as well as Larmor-Plage town centre, are a 10-minute walk away. Port Maria beach and Kernével harbour are a 15-minute walk.

Is the hot tub already available?

Not yet. The 8-seat hot tub under a pergola, with 74 jets and an outdoor shower, will be available from 4 December 2026. The spa images on the site are 3D renderings.

Are cleaning and linen included?

Yes. End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels and beds made on arrival are included, as are shower gel, coffee, tea and 7-day assistance. There are no extra charges.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 5 pm to 7 pm, when an agent from Groom Conciergerie welcomes you on site. Check-out is before 10 am.

Where can we park?

The villa has 6 free parking spaces: 2 in front of the house and 4 in the garden, behind a secure gate.

Is the house suitable for babies?

Yes. Two travel cots, two high chairs, a baby bath, a changing mat, safety gates, children's tableware and a toilet seat reducer are provided, and the garden is enclosed.

Are pets and parties allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed and parties are not permitted, out of respect for the neighbours. The house is non-smoking.

Can we hold a hen party at Villa Keramzec?

Yes, as a quiet one. The group enjoys the private spa (from 4 December 2026), the glass-roofed living room and the enclosed garden, plus outings nearby: surfing at Fort-Bloqué, sailing at Kerguélen, a day on Groix, restaurants in Lorient. Parties are not allowed, there is no noise between 10 pm and 9 am, and no event may bring together more than 12 people, guests included.

Is Villa Keramzec suitable for a wellness break?

Yes. From 4 December 2026 the house has a private 8-seat hot tub under a pergola, with 74 jets and water at around 35 °C all year. The thalassotherapy centres in Carnac (about 50 minutes) and Quiberon (about 1 h 05) round off the stay, along with several spas less than 30 minutes away.

Can we see offshore racing boats from the villa?

Yes. Lorient La Base, about 10 minutes away, is home to many Ultim, IMOCA, Class40 and Figaro boats. The Défi Azimut takes place there every September, and The Transat CIC will start from Lorient again in 2028. In summer, the Cité de la Voile Éric Tabarly offers guided tours of the pontoons.
