The site does not have a contact form. No data is sold or transferred for commercial purposes.
Does the site use cookies?
No. The site does not set any advertising, profiling or social media cookies. This is why no consent banner is displayed.
Audience measurement is carried out with a cookie-free tool, hosted on our own server (Umami, self-hosted: no cookies, no IP address stored, aggregated statistics only).
Are any third-party services used?
- Airbnb and Booking.com: the booking buttons link to these platforms. Once on their sites, their own privacy and cookie policies apply.
- Map: the home page includes an OpenStreetMap map; displaying it sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap's servers.
- Fonts: they are hosted on the site's own server; no data is sent to Google.
What are your rights?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
To exercise these rights, write to reservation@groom-conciergerie.fr (Groom Conciergerie, which handles bookings). You will receive a reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Where is the data hosted?
The site is hosted on a virtual private server provided by OVH SAS (OVHcloud, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), located in its Gravelines data centre in France.
