The Interceltic Festival of Lorient is a major festival devoted to the music and cultures of the Celtic nations and regions. Is the house suited to a group of festival-goers?
Yes, for a group of up to 12 people:
- 4 double bedrooms with Queen 160 cm beds, 2 mezzanines with 2 single beds (90 cm) each and a 160 cm sofa bed as an extra bed, within the limit of 12 (see the bedrooms);
- 4 private bathrooms and 2 separate WCs, so no queuing in the morning;
- 2 kitchens, one of them in the conservatory, and a terrace for 12 with a gas barbecue;
- 6 parking spaces, 4 of them in the garden behind a secure gate;
- a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron, handy for stage or parade outfits;
- all inclusive: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, beds made on arrival.

What rules apply during your stay?
The festival happens in Lorient. The villa remains a place to rest:
- parties are not allowed at the house;
- late returns should be quiet, out of respect for the neighbours;
- the house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed;
- check-in is between 5 pm and 7 pm, when an agent from Groom Conciergerie welcomes you on site, and check-out is before 10 am. Bear this in mind if you arrive or leave on a concert day.

When should you book for the festival?
