How does booking work?
- Choose your dates on Airbnb or Booking.com, or send them to Groom Conciergerie.
- Check the number of guests: 12 maximum, not counting babies (2 travel cots available); up to 14 adults with the extra sofa bed.
- Confirm the booking on the platform or following the concierge service's instructions.
- Receive the personalised digital guide with all the useful information for your stay.
- Arrive between 5 pm and 7 pm: an agent from Groom Conciergerie welcomes you at the villa. Check-out is before 10 am.
A security deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation, which is not charged. Details are in the practical information.

Who manages Villa Keramzec?
The villa is managed by Groom Conciergerie, a concierge service based at the Parc technologique de Soye in Ploemeur, the town next to Larmor-Plage. The team welcomes guests, prepares the house before each arrival and can be reached 7 days a week during your stay.
Groom Conciergerie was founded in 2021 and now manages 80 properties. Your main contact is Laurent.
