When will the hot tub be available?
The spa will come into service from December 2026. Stays before that date are without the hot tub: the house still has everything else (enclosed garden, terrace, fireplace, conservatory under the glass roof).
The spa comes into service on 4 December 2026 and is available for all stays from that date.

The spa is private: it is not shared with any other property. The garden is enclosed and the spa is screened from the neighbours' view; the pergola blinds also shelter it from the wind.
Why choose a holiday home with a hot tub in south Brittany?
The south coast of Brittany has a mild oceanic climate. An outdoor spa can therefore be enjoyed for much of the year, including in autumn and winter, when the beaches are quieter.
At Villa Keramzec, the pergola shelters the tub. After a walk on the GR34 coastal path, which you can reach directly from the house, or a day out in Lorient, the hot tub is the place to warm up before dinner.
How can you enjoy the spa in winter?
A few ideas for a winter stay in Larmor-Plage:
- In the morning: a stroll on Toulhars or Nourriguel beach, a 10-minute walk away.
- In the afternoon: a visit to the Cité de la Voile Éric Tabarly sailing museum or the Flore submarine in Lorient, 10 minutes by car.
- Late afternoon: a soak in the hot tub under the pergola, followed by the outdoor shower.
- In the evening: dinner in the dining room by the closed wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), with music on the SONOS speakers.

What are the rules for using the hot tub?
- The spa is open from 9 am to 10 pm.
- Not allowed for children under 8.
- An adult must always be present.
- Replace the cover after each use.
The general house rules also apply to the spa: parties are not allowed and the quiet of the neighbourhood must be respected, especially in the evening.
What does the house offer besides the spa?
The hot tub comes on top of a house designed for groups:
- 12 guests, 183 m², 4 double bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms (see the bedrooms);
- a large living area under a glass roof and a conservatory with a second kitchen;
- a wooden terrace with dining for 12, a gas barbecue and sun loungers;
- 6 parking spaces;
- cleaning, linen and beds made on arrival included.

Does Villa Keramzec have a private hot tub?
Yes, from December 2026. Villa Keramzec, in Larmor-Plage in the Morbihan, will have a private 8-seat hot tub under a pergola, with 74 jets, an UltraMassage® lounge seat and an outdoor shower.
Is the hot tub shared with other guests?
No. The spa is installed in the villa's enclosed garden and reserved exclusively for guests staying at Villa Keramzec.
Can you use the hot tub in winter?
Yes, the spa is designed for outdoor use and sheltered by a pergola. The water is heated all year round and kept at around 35 °C, even in winter.
Are the hot tub photos real?
Not yet. The spa images currently shown are 3D renderings and a product image. They will be replaced with photos after installation, planned for December 2026.
How many people can use the spa at the same time?
The hot tub seats 8, including one reclining UltraMassage® lounge seat.
