The sofa in the Toulhars mezzanine converts into a 160 cm extra bed: it sleeps 2 more adults on top of the 12 beds, so the house can take up to 14 adults. Babies are not counted in the capacity: 2 travel cots are available in addition.
There are also 2 separate WCs and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
Why are the bedrooms named after places?
Each bedroom takes its name from a place on the local coastline. Toulhars and Locqueltas are two beaches in Larmor-Plage, one a 10-minute walk from the villa, the other 3 minutes by car. A practical room for grandparents or anyone who would rather avoid the stairs: there are no steps between the entrance, the living areas and the bedroom, and the doorways are wide. The house is not certified as wheelchair accessible, however.
Toulhars: the suite with a mezzanine office
The Toulhars suite is the most spacious in the house. It is on the ground floor and laid out over two levels.
